Built to fabricate.
Now built to cut faster.

5 Star Fabrications is adding 6,000W CNC fiber laser cutting to an established in-house workflow of design, forming, welding and complete custom builds.

The same shop. A stronger workflow.

Fabrication has always been the foundation.

We already build demanding, full-scale projects in our Clewiston shop. The fiber laser is the next tool in that workflow—giving our customers faster parts, cleaner repeatability and fewer handoffs from cut metal to finished assembly.

Custom fabrication for purpose-built equipment and assemblies
In-house forming on a 220-ton, 10-foot press brake
Welding and assembly through final fit-out

New at 5 Star Fabrications

Fiber laser cutting joins the floor.

A 6,000W production laser brings precision profiling into the same shop already equipped to bend, weld and build. Send one part, a repeat run or a complete component package.

IN-HOUSE

Press brake forming

Cut-and-bent parts stay in one production flow on our 220-ton, 10-foot press brake.

ESTABLISHED

Welding and assembly

From subassemblies to finished builds, we can carry a job beyond the cut table.

FLEXIBLE

One-offs and production

Prototype a part, replenish repeat inventory or release a full run—our opening laser schedule has room now.

Work already leaving our shop

Proven fabrication at full scale.

These custom trailers were built by 5 Star Fabrications—from structural frames and operating mechanisms to exterior panels, floors and final fit-out.

The fiber laser does not replace what 5 Star is—it gives our established fabrication operation a faster, more precise front end.

Laser cutting and metal fabrication under one roof.

Our Clewiston fabrication shop combines CNC fiber laser cutting, press-brake forming, custom welding and complete metal fabrication. We cut and build brackets, gussets, flanges, base plates, panels, tabs, replacement parts, structural components and custom trailer assemblies for commercial, industrial, agricultural and equipment customers.

What metals can you laser cut?

Mild and carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, galvanized material and select specialty metals. Final capacity depends on alloy, coating and the part requirements.

Do you accept one-offs and production runs?

Yes. We quote prototypes, replacement parts, short runs and repeat production orders—and our new laser schedule is open now.

Can you bend and weld the parts?

Yes. Press-brake forming, welding and assembly keep the work in our shop from flat metal through finished components or complete builds.

What files do you accept?

DXF is the fastest path for production review. We also accept DWG, dimensioned PDF files and clear reference drawings or images for an initial quote.

Taking laser orders now

No line. No inherited backlog.

Give us enough information to price the job accurately. A clean DXF is the fastest path, but a dimensioned PDF or clear reference drawing works for the first review.
